State Representative District 39 Mark Baisley penned an open letter to his constituents regarding Thanksgiving. Baisley reminded Coloradoans today that no matter their intentions, neither the Governor nor the President Elect has the constitutional authority to limit gatherings.

Baisley’s letter to his constituents

Per Baisley and common sense, the US Constitution is not suspended because of a “pandemic,” and Baisley encourages voters to congregate per their God given rights.

Mark Baisley has long been a proponent of individual rights, and his common sense approach to legislating is appreciated by freedom loving Coloradoans. Baisley’s social media following in recent months has exploded, with people across the state eager and appreciative of his next words.

Last month, Baisley openly called out Colorado Times Recorder and all press outlets for their liberal bias and painting of conservatives as violent and defiant. Baisley’s Thanksgiving letter is sure to resonate with Coloradoans tired of unconstitutional mandates.
